Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lady Print Boss! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Digital Downloads Shipping & Delivery

Because our current product lineup consists of digital files, templates, and downloadable assets, no physical shipping is required.

  • Delivery Fee: Digital delivery is 100% free.

  • Delivery Method: Immediately after your purchase is completed, your files will be available for download directly on the confirmation page. You will also receive an automated email containing a secure download link to access your files.

  • Delivery Time: Instant. If you do not receive your download email within 5 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folders before contacting us.

2. Physical Products Shipping (Merchandise & Custom Apparel)

The following terms apply to physical goods and merchandise manufactured and fulfilled by our store.

Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard ground shipping across the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days once handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your physical order has shipped, we will automatically email you a confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active and trackable within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lady Print Boss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Damages & Missing Packages

Lady Print Boss is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier.

If you received your order damaged, or if the carrier marks your item as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we want you to have a great experience! If a shipping issue arises, send us an email at ladyprintboss@dallastshirts.com with your order number, and we will do our best to guide you through resolving it with the carrier.
