Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because our store offers both digital downloads and physical merchandise, our return and refund policies are broken down by product type below.

1. Digital Downloads Policy
All Sales are Final
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our downloadable products, all sales for digital downloads, templates, and files are final. Once a digital file has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital items.
Technical Issues
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any technical difficulties with your purchase (such as a corrupted file, trouble downloading, or receiving the wrong file), please contact us immediately at ladyprintboss@dallastshirts.com. We will gladly work with you to fix the issue, replace the file, or ensure you receive the correct download.
2. Physical Products Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

With all original tags still attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Physical Return
To start a return for a physical item, you must contact us first at ladyprintboss@dallastshirts.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Returns must be mailed to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your physical order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products (such as special custom apparel orders).

Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the physical item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
3. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
Notwithstanding the policies above, if physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the buyer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the physical item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Per EU regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has begun, provided you consented to waive your cancellation right upon downloading.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your physical return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
